P&R specializes in providing high-quality, high-volume, cost-competitive specialty and standard metric and inch fasteners. Our wide range of cold heading equipment, along with our secondary capabilities in heat treating, machining, stamping, injection molding and assembly, allow us to provide an extensive range of nuts, bolts, screws and other threaded and non-threaded fastener products for our OEM customers.
P&R manufactures parts from various ferrous and non-ferrous materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum, as well as plastic and rubber. Weld Fasteners
P&R supplies custom and standard metric and inch weld nuts, weld bolts, weld spacers, nut plates and welded assemblies. Parts are manufactured to ASTM, ANSI, DIN, ISO and JIS standards, and meet the demanding specifications of all of the major Automotive manufacturers, including General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Fiat and Hyundai.
Parts can be manufactured from carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel. P&R also offers secondary coatings and platings including zinc, copper and Teflon finishes. Metal Spacers & Metal Tubing
P & R manufactures custom tubing, rings, spacers, sleeves and bushings to your specifications. P&R can produce parts through a variety of methods including cold heading, seamed pipe or seamless pipe, allowing for a wide variety of shapes and configurations, including round, square, rectangular, hexagonal or oval shapes. In addition, we can offer specialty features including flanges, weld nibs, serrations, splines/gears and through or blind holes.
Our cold heading process can reduce or eliminate secondary operations and minimize material waste to offer a cost-effective alternative to other manufacturing methods, while improving material strength through work-hardening.

Metal Stamping & Assembly
We manufacture and assemble metal stamped components suitable for applications in a number of industries, including automotive, industrial, military, as well as aerospace. Our capabilities include both progressive stamping and deep drawing services. Stamped components such as tapping plates, specialty clips, and tabbed weld nuts are manufactured from steel, copper, and aluminum. Tapping, threading, and plating are some secondary services provided for stamped components.
Components manufactured through our stamping process can also be assembled at our facility. As specialists in the production of threaded assemblies, we are equipped to weld or mate a range of fasteners to corresponding mating components.
Wire Forming
P&R produces custom wire forms per your requirements on our high speed fourslide and CNC wire formers. P&R can also perform secondary stamping and welding operations to provide sub-assembled components.
